Our high-quality portfolio of metal phosphide containing fumigants is completed with valuable equipment and accessories, which every skilled technician should use during fumigation.
Respiratory protection, suitable filters, test tubes, gas testers and detectors, fumigation sheets, etc. are important accessories for all persons involved in fumigation. Safety of workers and the environment, as well as the supervision of proper fumigation, are secured this way.
The Detia Degesch automatic dispenser is designed for automatically dosed addition of Phostoxin, Magtoxin tablets and pellets to the grain stream. The modern, economical method of grain and feed insect pest control in silo cells.
The dispenser doses the fumigant into the commodity/feedstuffs that needs to be fumigated in pellet or tablet form (PHOSTOXIN or MAGTOXIN) thereby guaranteeing even distribution which in turn serves to protect the stored goods and improve the quality.

The Automatic dispenser simplifies the fumigation technique and can easily be installed in virtually all silo complexes. It ensures a uniform distribution of Phostoxin or Magtoxin Tablet and Pellet within the grain.
The automatic dispenser may be mounted in various locations. The most suitable locations are:
The device is packed in a 45x46x75 cm carton
Phosphine is also highly toxic to humans and warm-blooded animals. It is therefore absolutely necessary to comply with the relevant safety measures.
This circulation system controls precisely dosed and uniform air exchange within the grain mass in every storage facility, regardless of size and construction type.
This ensures controlled release of phosphine from the Detia Degesch fumigants in gas-tight buildings. It is intended for use mainly in silo cells and on ships. The Detia Degesch J-System is easy to install and operate. It can even be adapted to structures with no ventilation system.
Reduces the phosphine exposure level of fumigation technicians during the procedure.
Faster and more uniform phosphine distribution.
Pests are killed more rapidly.
No additional costs for shifting of the grain mass.
Avoids the damage to grains caused by shifting of the grain mass.
Motor: ½ PS • 1 PHASE • 60 Hz • 115 / 230 VOLT • RPM – 3450 • Spark resistant
Duty: Continuous at 40°C ambient • Thermally protected
Explosion-proof: Class I Group C, D / Class II Group F, G
Certification: CE approved
Instead of placing the fumigant inside the grain mass, it is applied on the surface of the pile. After a brief delay, outgassing of the phosphine begins in the empty space above the grain mass surface. After the J-System is activated, the air above the surface of the grain mass is sucked off and blown through a pipe into the grain mass. This ensures uniform distribution of the phosphine gas in the entire storage unit within a short period.
This process is continued until the fumigant has outgassed completely. Reliable insect mortality is ensured by the circulation of the gas and the resulting uniform gas distribution in the entire grain mass.
Products containing both aluminium phosphide and magnesium phosphide can be used.
Phosphine is also highly toxic to humans and warm-blooded animals. It is therefore absolutely necessary to comply with the relevant safety measures.
The Bedfont Phosfuma Fumigation Gas Monitor has been designed to monitor and/or detect concentration levels of Phosphine (PH3) during fumigation treatment of fruits, vegetables, grains (wheat, rice, maize…), seeds, spices, nuts and tobacco.
The Phosfuma Phosphine fumigation monitor is innovative and provides a dual monitoring range: The high-sensitivity monitoring capability at low levels provides accurate personnel safety-level readings (0 – 10 ppm); the full-scale range provides high-level phosphine monitoring for successful fumigation (0 – 2000 ppm).
Its simple sampling technique can easily establish the correct concentration of fumigant is reached and this level is maintained throughout the fumigation process. A fall off in this level could mean an ineffectual treatment and thus possible degradation of product or need for another treatment. The fully portable Phosfuma is also ideal for leak detection around fumigation enclosures or anywhere a leakage of Phosphine could cause a depletion of fumigant concentration.
The Phosfuma uses a sealed electrochemical sensor as its principle detection method. The sensor is designed to be maintenance free and stable over long periods of time. The unit has an integrated temperature sensor that allows the monitor to compensate for operational temperature changes that could otherwise affect the sensor’s linear response to Phosphine concentration. The Phosfuma has a built-in pump to maintain a constant sample stream, which optimises reading stability and accuracy.
For the application of PH3 round tablets and pellets. Outdoor use against rats, mice, voles, rabbits, moles and other vertebrates (target organisms must always respect country-specific regulations/legislations).
